What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Alliance professionals, managing critical named Alliances.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for key partnerships to drive market growth.
• Orchestrate alliance governance, including QBRs and executive checkpoints.
• Drive complex cross-functional sales engagements and "art of the possible" solution development.
• Develop joint offerings, services delivery models, and market-ready assets.
• Spearhead AI enablement initiatives within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be compliant with U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of success in Alliance Management.
• 3-5+ years of experience leading Alliance teams in Analytics, BI, or Data Platform markets.
• Proven track record of driving partner-influenced revenue.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Agentic AI.
• Experience integrating with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience positioning AI engines to bridge raw cloud data and explainable outcomes.
