Salary: $121,000 - $151,500

What you will do

• Establish creative direction, product strategies, and storytelling for accessories and apparel categories.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers through coaching and performance management.
• Review design concepts and resolve buyer/licensor revisions to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop and present trend research, seasonal direction, and creative pitch decks to stakeholders.
• Review product samples to ensure artwork execution, color accuracy, and material quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of graphic design experience, including 5+ years in a senior creative leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of accessories, apparel graphics, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience collaborating with licensors, retailers, and cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
