What you will do

• Concept and design paid media creatives across static, motion, and mixed formats.
• Translate strategic briefs into visuals that drive conversions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Collaborate with growth marketers, copywriters, and editors to execute successful campaigns.
• Analyze ad performance and iterate designs based on data-driven results.
• Apply a tactile sensibility to digital work using natural textures and organic colorways.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience crafting high-performing ad creatives for real estate, hospitality, or design-forward brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Experience working within established brand systems and knowing how to evolve them.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
• Submission of a portfolio, Instagram, or website showcasing work is mandatory.
