What you will do

• Produce and adapt creative assets for social platforms, web pages, event activations, packaging, and swag.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate image editing, expansion, and content production.
• Create subtitles, localized assets, and basic animations for marketing content.
• Develop performance-driven creative for paid channels in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Prepare presentation decks and maintain organized asset libraries.
• Support real-time asset creation and iteration during sports and product launches.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Computer Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to speed up production.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
• Ability to work quickly and calmly under time pressure during live launch moments.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and layout.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or 3D platforms (Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Experience in digital advertising or startup environments.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
