What you will do

• Design innovative toys, activity kits, and novelty compounds aligned with brand targets.
• Create digital renderings, CAD models using SolidWorks, and physical prototypes.
• Translate concepts into production-ready specifications and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with domestic and overseas manufacturing partners to source materials and resolve production challenges.
• Design layouts and creative concepts for retail displays and trade show exhibits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Professional experience in product design (experience with toys or consumer products preferred).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
