What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for the Promotions and Rewards domain, from requirements to deployment.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and polished, visually stunning reward interfaces.
• Develop and launch new promotion mechanics and system features using AI and iterative design.
• Maintain design system standards and ensure visual and interaction excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing visual craft and strategic thinking.
• Mastery of visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to translate abstract business goals into pragmatic, phased design execution plans.
• Strong user empathy and ability to use research and analytics to improve usability.
• Foundational understanding of frontend technologies to ensure seamless engineering handoffs.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design mentality.
• Experience in Rewards, Promotions, gaming, or social product design.
