What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer rollout from signing to full platform adoption across front offices and technicians.
• Analyze customer business operations to configure and launch the platform to fit their specific workflows.
• Drive and quantify measurable ROI, revenue growth, and labor savings for a portfolio of customers.
• Partner with forward-deployed engineers to align deep technical builds with customer outcomes.
• Develop and refine a repeatable delivery playbook to scale the platform's implementation.
• Translate field insights into product signals to shape the development roadmap.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or platform migration at high-growth software or ops-heavy companies.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and going live, ideally with SMB or multi-location operators.
• Strong data proficiency to pull metrics, prove impact, and communicate value stories.
• Ability to build trust and maintain presence with both senior executives and frontline operators.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools and intuition for AI-driven business transformation.
• Must be based in or able to work in person 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience in home services, field services, restaurants, or retail industries.
• History of owning major product rollouts across multiple customers or locations.
