What you will do

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Digital Workplace practice.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline for bookings and revenue in partnership with Microsoft and Cognizant.
• Develop and evolve a portfolio of repeatable offerings, methodologies, and implementation frameworks.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-risk Digital Workplace engagements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of workplace architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Own financial and operational accountability, including revenue, gross margin, and utilization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, or enterprise collaboration consulting.
• 8+ years in progressive leadership roles within professional services or consulting organizations.
• Deep expertise in M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra.
• Proven success in developing and selling consulting services and managing a revenue pipeline.
• Must have valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, identity, and data-governance.
• Relevant Microsoft Digital Work, security, adoption, or architecture certifications.
• Experience integrating workplace transformation with OCM and Experience Design.
