What you will do

• Define the vision and growth strategy for the Experience Design practice, building differentiated offerings and IP.
• Advise C-suite executives on experience-led business and technology transformation.
• Drive commercial growth, pipeline development, and revenue through strategic pursuits and executive presentations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Experience Design consultants.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in external forums and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Experience Design, CX, Product Design, Service Design, or Management Consulting.
• Proven leadership of consulting teams or large-scale transformation practices.
• Extensive experience providing strategic advisory to C-suite clients.
• Strong commercial skills with a history of shaping and selling consulting engagements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Cannot sponsor work visas.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
