What you will do

• Act as a technical expert and consultant for the Salesforce platform, providing support to stakeholders and users.
• Develop dynamic content and custom applications in SFMC using AMPscript and SSJS.
• Build targeted audience segments using SQL, Data Extensions, and email behavioral data.
• Implement multi-touch communication journeys via Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Interaction Studio.
• Design and manage the data model, including ETL processes, data validation, and cleansing rules.
• Collaborate with CRM and Data teams to define data connectors across the technical ecosystem.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer (or equivalent certification).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and JavaScript.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
