What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Create algorithms and predictive models using ML packages like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Build and deploy computer vision and video analytics pipelines in production environments.
• Conduct causality experiments using A/B testing and epidemiological approaches.
• Write complex queries in Google BigQuery to extract value from large-scale data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and build production datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Computer Vision Engineer, or ML Engineer role.
• Proven experience building CV pipelines in production using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs) and multi-modal models.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with BigQuery and Spark.
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Oakville, Ontario, Canada for a hybrid setup.
