Location: Hybrid; must spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office in Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and implement features for sophisticated ML platforms, pipelines, and services.
• Develop user experiences using Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Analyze large HR and Finance datasets using NLP and ML techniques.
• Deploy and scale APIs and services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate across the product ecosystem to deliver ML solutions.
• Mentor and serve as a technical role model for junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Physics, or equivalent (Master's/PhD preferred).
• 3+ years of experience building applied ML products at scale.
• 3+ years of professional Python experience shipping production code.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• 3+ years experience with LLMs, text generation, or graph-based ML models.
• Proficiency in PySpark, Pytorch, TensorFlow, and Sklearn.

Nice to have

• Experience building information retrieval or graph-based recommendation systems.
• Expertise in data wrangling using Pandas and PySpark.
