What you will do

• Create construction and design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed 3D models and coordinate multidisciplinary design elements via BIM.
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor junior designers on design principles and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and templates to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CAD, Revit, and BIM systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction document preparation and design documentation standards.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or legal refugee/asylum status is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with advanced BIM and CAD technologies.
• Previous experience specifically in facilities design.
