What you will do

• Own the digital product roadmap and backlog across multiple product lines, prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
• Identify customer friction points and test hypotheses to create impactful digital solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and diverse internal/external stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs to iterate and continuously improve product performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams to scale product capabilities.
• Lead build, buy, or partner evaluations and manage complex vendor integration initiatives.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management.
• 4 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• 4 years of leadership or mentorship experience.
• 2 years of experience in AI-driven software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to lead and influence across a matrixed organization.
