What you will do

• Lead agile teams in the ongoing management and advancement of digital products, channels, and programs.
• Develop innovative, industry-leading solutions to uniquely serve members and customers.
• Drive strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Research and scope key business opportunities to support the future-state vision for digital solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to establish priorities and align resources.
• Build compelling business cases and define product requirements for high-value solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• 6+ years of experience managing consumer tools or technology.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years in a corporate environment).
• Ability to travel occasionally to Chattanooga, TN.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint.
