Salary: $111,000 - $124,800

What you will do

• Oversee transportation provider performance and ensure achievement of KPIs including on-time rates and digital compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with state Medicaid leaders, health plan executives, and community partners.
• Partner with internal teams to align Montana market solutions with national innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate on business development initiatives, including RFP responses and client expansions.
• Manage local budgets, analyze financial variances, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Lead and mentor local leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, healthcare operations, or logistics with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years of formal leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills for high-stakes stakeholder engagement.
• Must be able to work on-site in Helena, MT, 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
• Prior experience with Montana Medicaid or managed care environments.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and enterprise financial tools.
• Experience leading responses to RFPs and client pilot programs.
