Salary: $98,000–$122,000 + Annual Performance Bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with client leadership and engineering teams to identify and process complex data sources.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-based systems using models like GPT, Claude, and Llama.
• Develop GenAI-powered applications that comply with regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to discover trends and predictive patterns.
• Optimize prompting strategies to improve the reliability and control of AI agents.
• Contribute to internal publication strategies, training, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with at least one major GenAI framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems and conversational chatbots.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and production-scale model deployment.
• Industry experience in regulatory obligations management, risk assessment, or compliance transformation.
• Understanding of statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
