Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in office (Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Louisville, KY; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Assess AI literacy and identify skill gaps within software development teams.
• Develop prototypes, utilities, and tools to facilitate AI technology adoption.
• Create and deliver customized, outcome-focused learning materials and workshops.
• Foster a continuous learning culture through microlearning and communities of practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, QA, business analysis, or coaching.
• Proficiency in programming with C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python, or Swift.
• Proven experience in coaching technical teams, particularly in highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI principles and methodologies applied to software engineering.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for business meetings and engagements.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
