What you will do

• Build and operate agentic workflows that execute multi-step tasks against production infrastructure.
• Design system guardrails, including blast-radius limits, rollback mechanisms, and confidence thresholds for automation.
• Break down complex customer problems into executable technical tasks for the agile team.
• Produce detailed designs for new and existing features, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Mentor and coach other engineers on agile teams regarding best practices and system design.
• Collaborate with Technical Communication, Support, Product, and Cloud teams to communicate technical concepts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, specifically tool calling, multi-step execution, and structured output.
• Strong understanding of trust boundaries, least privilege, and blast radius in automation.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management, including severity, exploitability, and SLA handling.
• Experience with build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding agents at repository scale (e.g., Claude Code).
• Knowledge of evaluation and observability for non-deterministic systems.
• Experience with AI governance, model-use policy, and data handling in security contexts.
• Experience with performance and load testing for large-scale applications.
• Apple platform experience.
