What you will do

• Coordinate the Foundry Process Design Kit (PDK) and perform design enablement and technology integration.
• Manage test chip Si and lead the transition from test chip mode to high-volume production ramp-up.
• Identify and mitigate reliability risks and manufacturing weaknesses to implement fixes before production.
• Optimize product performance and yield improvement through WAT analysis and Fab qualification.
• Support design teams during tap-out with leading-edge process technology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Materials/Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with sub-10nm technologies, FINFET, and Nano-Sheet device physics.
• Proven track record in advanced Fab or Foundry operations and excursion prevention.
• Expertise in Test-Chip DRC checking, Si handling, and WAT collection/analysis.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with CoWos and CPO (Co-Package) process flows for cutting-edge packaging solutions.
