What you will do

• Review translation requests and coordinate assignments for volunteers across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
• Manage the translation management system, including glossaries, translation memory, and machine translation.
• Develop and implement communication strategies and events to increase volunteer capacity.
• Identify and resolve pain points in Support processes and tools to improve accessibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for the needs of the global community and track product release cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve problems independently.
