What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical business services, impact tolerances, and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
• Conduct risk identification, operational resilience planning, and execute severe but plausible scenario tests.
• Build end-to-end automations to streamline the incident lifecycle and automate change management risk scoring.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to enrich incident data, surface risk signals, and accelerate decision-making.
• Create self-service tooling and policy validation pipelines to reduce manual toil and improve operational metrics.
• Prepare regulatory self-assessments and regular reports for senior management and board committees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in technology risk management, business continuity, or operational resilience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer science, networking, or computer infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Business, or a related discipline.
• Engineering proficiency with APIs, cloud automation, CI/CD, event-driven architecture, and observability tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating procedural documentation and leading technical meetings.
• Must be based in or be able to work mostly on-site in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PRA Policy Statement 21/3 and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• Experience in financial market infrastructure or trading environments.
• Professional certifications such as CBCI, CISA, FRM, or PRM.
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite.
• Proven experience in developing AI-assisted workflows.
