What you will do

• Design and implement platform features supporting marketplace integrations within the Foundry platform.
• Lead technical implementations from initial concept through deployment and ongoing sustainment.
• Analyze and resolve complex platform issues using advanced observability and monitoring tools.
• Maintain high availability and performance across a mix of critical platform services.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity partners to ensure seamless and secure platform integrations.
• Participate in a monthly on-call rotation to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Deep understanding of API architectures, integration patterns, and REST/GraphQL.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and EDR/XDR solutions.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with customers or partners.
• Relevant security certifications.
• Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with observability tools like LogScale or Grafana.
• Knowledge of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
