Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A

Location: Glendale, CA, United States

Salary: $111,800–$167,600 USD for Zone 1 locations and $104,500–$156,700 USD for Zone 2 locations; additional annual bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the monthly close process, analyze performance, prepare variance commentary, understand accruals, and raise risks and opportunities to finance and GTM leadership.
• Manage headcount and expense planning, including monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan for supported GTM teams.
• Build a deep command of the P&L, diagnose performance drivers, develop strategic narratives, and deliver high-impact ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze unit economics and efficiency drivers to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and budget trade-offs.
• Act as a finance business partner for leadership on performance, strategic trade-offs, and growth decisions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automate processes, and improve the speed and quality of financial work.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, preferably at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience with financial modeling and strategic business planning, including creating and executing robust financial plans.
• Ability to solve problems and operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals, including variance analysis and storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Active use of AI tools to work faster and perform deeper analysis.
