Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, USA. Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available.

Base salary: $84,000–$126,000 in Zone A, $95,000–$142,400 in Zone B, or $106,700–$160,100 in Zone C, gross annually.

What you will do

• Serve as a finance partner to leaders across Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing.
• Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting for top-line results, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Track and report GTM KPIs including ARR, ACV, and active seats, translating insights for business partners.
• Partner with Data and BI teams to identify reporting gaps and improve dashboards.
• Prepare materials for executive-level business reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating variances, identifying root causes, and producing actionable business insights.
• High motivation, attention to detail, self-awareness, and responsiveness.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and large-data manipulation skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth.
• Experience with financial systems including Adaptive and Workday, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
• Sufficient English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
