What you will do

• Architect and overhaul end-to-end Risk Operations workflows, including Underwriting, Fraud, Compliance, and AML reviews.
• Design and execute new frameworks using Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and variance.
• Champion the process roadmap to stakeholders and leadership with data-driven operational insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify, quantify, and prioritize business friction points.
• Develop data-backed business cases to justify infrastructure investments and demonstrate long-term benefits.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture utilizing DMAIC frameworks to refine operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operational or process excellence projects in Fintech.
• Proven track record of applying Lean principles to financial services.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of how process infrastructure interacts with Risk/Fraud tools.
• Ability to align operational excellence initiatives with broader corporate strategy.
• Strong executive presence with masterful verbal and written presentation skills.
