Consultant, Client Service Delivery

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home

Salary: $66,700–$113,300 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Complete client service delivery and digital product support processes accurately and on time.
• Support small to mid-sized clients, accounts, and operational processes.
• Analyze information and resolve servicing, implementation, and support issues.
• Review data, documents, and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor timelines, communicate updates, and coordinate service delivery activities.
• Identify workflow improvements and provide informal guidance to new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job-related systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
