What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies within your territory.
• Serve as a technical expert and champion to build credibility with stakeholders and drive product vision.
• Enable clients through workshops and the development of technical collateral.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations.
• Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments.
• Partner with Global System Integrators and consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, development, and pre-sales.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Broad experience across data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, and streaming.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
