What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions, including MCP servers and agentic workflows, within customer cloud environments.
• Own the infrastructure layer using Terraform-managed AWS environments, VPC networking, IAM, and security controls.
• Build and optimize integrations with large-scale data systems such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and S3.
• Lead technical engagements with customer stakeholders to scope requirements and explain technical tradeoffs.
• Convert field learnings into reusable deployment patterns and engineering standards for the core platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning production systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Strong proficiency in Python and AWS/Terraform.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, S3) and debugging pipeline failures.
• Ability to design for regulated environments with constraints such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or BAA.
• Based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks like LangSmith, Braintrust, or Ragas.
• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data (e.g., IQVIA data structures).
• Experience with API gateway or service mesh patterns for AI tool integration.
