What you will do

• Perform configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core Mainframe z/OS infrastructure.
• Ensure the stability, performance, security, and high availability of mission-critical enterprise workloads.
• Manage various infrastructure domains including Base Operating Systems, Configuration, Automation, Scheduling, and Storage Management.
• Provide support for DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, and networking components.
• Participate in a 2-year immersive learning program featuring rotations, shadowing, and specialization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Knowledge of Mainframe tools and languages such as ISPF, JES2, JCL, REXX, and SMP/E.
• Ability to perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis for complex system problems.
