What you will do
- Analyze investment data and formulate recommendations for institutional clients.
- Present quarterly reports and market insights to internal and external audiences.
- Monitor developments at investment management firms and notify clients of critical issues.
- Lead investment manager searches, mutual fund selection, and asset allocation studies.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to retain existing clients and secure new business.
- Organize and validate complex data sets using Excel and database software.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of industry experience with a Bachelorβs degree.
- FINRA Series 65 or 66 licensure required within 120 days of hire.
- Strong technical expertise in retirement plan design and administration.
- Advanced writing and presentation skills for group environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with 4 days per week in the office.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Direct consulting experience.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar designation.
