What you will do

• Consult on complex analytics initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to achieve project goals.
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across technology, data, and business teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or model development within financial services or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience as a model owner or developer for financial crimes or AML models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with big data tools and high-volume, complex datasets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act).
• Familiarity with Oracle Platforms.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
