What you will do

• Lead the development of critical data infrastructure to support complaints reporting and analytics.
• Design, develop, and publish interactive reporting dashboards with drill-down capabilities.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on complaints trends and root causes by collating customer profile and product behavior data.
• Utilize NLP and advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from customer complaint narratives.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support governance and audit responses while monitoring the controls ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
• Five years of experience in the job offered or a related role.
• Four years of experience in consumer finance products, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Business Objects.
• Four years of experience in data analysis using Python, R, or SAS and advanced MS-Excel techniques.
• One year of experience in supporting audits and building preventive/detective controls.
• Proven ability to manage projects across stakeholders using tools like JIRA or MS Project.
