What you will do

• Input, review, and validate incoming claims data for reliability and completeness.
• Route claim questions or exceptions to appropriate support teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Perform basic preliminary investigation tasks and document relevant information.
• Deliver administrative support throughout the claim handling process.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools responsibly to support everyday work and improve productivity.
• Work overtime as business needs arise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass required assessments as part of the role.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
