What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner and proxy to the CEO to ensure alignment and accountability across company initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end OKR process, from defining objectives to tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
• Establish and manage the operating cadence for the leadership team, including meeting agendas and planning cycles.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Lead special projects and company-wide initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare briefings and communications for the executive team and board to ensure informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or program management.
• Demonstrated cross-functional experience across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Proven track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Experience implementing and managing goal-setting frameworks like OKRs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive and board-level audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed team environment.
