What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
• Build and manage operating rhythm, including OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability tracking.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, and finance.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent operational blockers.
• Own high-impact special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operational experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Capability to operate in ambiguity and move from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Strong English communication is required.
