What you will do

• Drive strategic execution for AI Neobank priorities across multiple markets.
• Build and manage the operating rhythm, including OKRs and leadership accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, finance, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers.
• Own high-impact special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operational experience driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to engage effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Taiwan.
• Strong English communication skills required.
