What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for Affiliate Partnerships and DTC Revenue in compliance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and review journal entries, manage Intercompany accounts, and perform P&L variance analysis.
• Optimize finance-related operational processes to support growth and scale across the LatAm Hub.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to monitor financial KPIs and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead finance-related aspects of DTC and Partnership launches across Latin America.
• Implement financial controls and automate reporting systems to enhance controllership.

Requirements

• CPA Certified or completion of at least 50% of CPA exams with a clear plan to obtain licensure.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in SAP (ECC, S/4 HANA) and reporting tools (BPC, BW/BI/AOE).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
• Must be based in Miami, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience in the US Corporation and Media, Streaming, or DTC industry.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Demonstrated experience in Finance transformation and process improvement.
