What you will do

• Review translation requests and coordinate assignments for volunteers and internal teams.
• Manage and optimize the translation management system, including glossaries and translation memory.
• Implement communication strategies and projects to increase volunteer team capacity.
• Identify and resolve pain points in support processes and tool accessibility.
• Advocate for translation needs and global community requirements in cross-functional meetings.
• Track product roadmaps and release cycles to ensure support readiness.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly.
• Capacity to uphold and represent the beliefs of hirify.global as a minister.
