Salary: $139,693 – $244,463 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of experienced technical professionals and managers.
• Plan and manage team capacity, operations, and strategic projects.
• Oversee vendor training activities and develop internal best practices and troubleshooting documentation.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and supply chain divisions to address product needs and software bugs.
• Deliver presentations to senior leadership and represent the organization at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology required.
• 13+ years of experience in technical design, implementation, or commissioning.
• 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 6 direct reports preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as BICSI RCDD, OSP, NTS, or DCDC.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D, iBwave, or JVSG.
