What you will do

• Lead and perform installation, cabling, and configuration of servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Act as the technical escalation point for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, driving root-cause analysis.
• Configure and validate switches, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS within approved scope.
• Oversee server imaging and deployment using MDT, WDS, or PXE environments.
• Own technical planning for maintenance windows, deployments, and rollback strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to junior and mid-level technicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise server hardware, network storage, and cabling.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, and systematic troubleshooting.
• Experience leading complex deployments and incident response activities.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Server+/Security+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience in large-scale, high-availability, or compliance-controlled environments.
