Working Student (f/m/d) Sales Controlling (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze group-wide sales, marketing, and customer KPIs and prepare insights for management and sales teams.
• Support month-end closing by reconciling revenue data, comparing targets with actual results, and contributing to financial statements.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and planning across hirify.global brands.
• Work with AI-powered tools and contribute to their further development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance colleagues across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Currently studying Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Business-fluent German and good English for work in an international team.
• Analytical thinking, numerical affinity, and a structured, reliable approach to recurring month-end closing tasks.
• An up-to-date university transcript of records is required with the application.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with Power BI, SQL, or AI-powered tools.
