Group Product Manager (Inbox)

What you will do

• Develop Proton Mail product strategy to drive weekly users, revenue, ARR, and P&L growth.
• Drive execution of the Inbox roadmap from inception to launch, defining product vision and strategy.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers by setting priorities and raising product craft.
• Partner with engineering, design, growth, and marketing to develop and launch major product initiatives.
• Define and own Mail product KPIs and hold the team accountable for progress.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and rationale to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a major product area end to end, ideally in consumer or productivity software at scale.
• Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
• Track record of setting product vision and roadmap and aligning engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering leadership on architecture, sequencing, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Europe and support team development across multiple hubs.
