What you will do

• Investigate user reports and proactive detections regarding Spam, Scam, and Fraud using operational guidelines.
• Handle high volumes of safety cases, balancing efficiency with thoughtful, independent decision-making.
• Identify and track evolving patterns and emerging trends to iterate on policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on evolving moderation tooling.
• Utilize AI-supported tools to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making accuracy.
• Participate in global on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or crisis response.
• Domain expertise in Spam, Scam, and Fraud policy.
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills for complex case investigation.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to learn AI-enabled systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London or Austin offices in a hybrid capacity.
