What you will do
- Build and automate reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor insights.
- Translate complex healthcare claims data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage executive-level client relationships and lead strategic reviews.
- Collaborate with data science and clinical operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses to support client inquiries and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with healthcare claims data.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management.
- Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, or SPSS and knowledge of ETL processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
