• Support the development and execution of merchandising strategies for Peacock content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Title Marketing, Programming, and Creative to ensure successful title launches.
• Synthesize performance data and cultural trends into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Maintain project timelines and resources to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop presentations and decks to represent integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign implementation and gather results to drive consumer engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consumer, entertainment, or media marketing.
• Proven experience in platform merchandising, media planning, or campaign execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed, fast-paced organization.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
