What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of staff augmentation services and ensure adherence to service levels.
• Review fund accounting processes including NAV calculations, investor activity, and expense management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues and exception management.
• Coordinate deliverables with clients, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor team workload, capacity, and performance to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and career development support to team members.

Requirements

• Experience in fund accounting for alternative investment funds is required.
• Proven client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional designation such as CPA or CFA is considered an asset.
