What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software for the YouVersion Family of Apps.
• Own technical design for projects and clearly communicate architectural tradeoffs.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and approval to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers to improve team technical direction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed systems.
• Explore and implement AI/ML opportunities to improve mobile experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter/Dart, iOS/Swift, and Android.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong ability to own technical decisions and handle complex tradeoffs.
