What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, performant, and resilient native iOS applications using modern frameworks.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs, including low-level design (LLD), API design, and data models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, design, and quality teams to deliver end-to-end customer journeys.
• Write clean, testable, and observable code while contributing to automated testing and code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues to improve application reliability and performance.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 5 years of equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience shipping native iOS applications with ownership from design through production.
• Strong expertise in iOS architecture, low-level design, API integration, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with iOS tools, frameworks, testing, observability, and operational best practices.
• Ability to independently drive projects from requirements through production with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA; relocation assistance is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and scaling complex iOS architectures (modularization, performance, offline support).
• Proven delivery of high-impact iOS features across multiple domains.
• Experience working in large-scale platforms or shared codebases.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled capabilities into mobile apps securely.
