What you will do

• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of external HR policies and legislation.
• Upskill team leaders in the application of people policies and processes.
• Support the implementation of people initiatives such as Voice surveys and regulatory learning.
• Analyze people MI to suggest improvements for the wider people team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Liverpool, UK.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and EU legislation.
• Experience advising on a range of employee relations (ER) issues.
• Ability to operate and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
